Return & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of sealed product in the trading card industry, we do not offer returns. That said, if something arrives damaged or not as described, send us an email and we'll make it right. michael@covenantcards.shop
Cancellations can be requested PRIOR to shipment but, are subject to a 3% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee covers the non-refundable payment processing fee we are charged when the initial transaction is made.

Pre-Order Policy
Please read BEFORE placing a Pre-Order:
When ordering a pre-order (or back-order item) on covenantcards.shop, all other items in the cart will be shipped with the pre-order item. That means if a pre-order item ships in 1 month, you'll need to wait 1 month for ALL other items in the cart. If you want non-pre-order items shipped right away, please add them to a separate cart and checkout with a separate order. Orders cannot be partially fulfilled or partially cancelled.
